Russ and I have been trying to eat a little healthier lately. I have been feeling extremely fat and disgusting. So, since I am HORRIBLE at exercising, eating a little healthier will just have to do! At least until I can bring myself to move! This is a ranch dip that we made to eat our veggies with. Super yummy. Super easy.
Ranch Dip
Ingredients:- 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
- Ranch dressing seasoning packet
- Mix ingredients in a food processor, magic bullet, or blender. Dip in veggies or chips and enjoy!
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
