Fruit Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 can v8 fusion
- 1/4 c coconut milk
- 3 heaping T vanilla Greek yogurt OR plain Greek yogurt + 1 tsp honey + 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 spinach cubes (directions below)
- 1/2 c mixed frozen fruit
- 1/2 of a fresh or frozen banana
- 1 T frozen cranberries
- 1 T oats
- 1 1/2 tsp flax seed
- Throw all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Enjoy!
- Makes 2 servings.
- Throw spinach into a blender. Add enough water to moisten it. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into ice cube trays. Allow to sit for a couple hours until frozen through.
- Take out of trays and place in freezer bag. Great for breakfast smoothies!
