Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 very ripe medium-sized banana
- 3/4 cup greek vanilla yogurt OR plain greek yogurt + 1/2 tsp vanilla + 5 drops liquid stevia
- 1T maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (recipe to follow)
- 1 T flax seed
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 c milk (dairy, coconut, or almond)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed.

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- Combine all ingredients. If you make extra, store in an airtight container.
