Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1-2 mushrooms
- onion, chopped
- handful spinach
- water
- cheese of your choice, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- pine nuts, optional
- Throw all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Grease a frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Fry up as you would regular scrambled eggs.
