Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:- 1 1/2 c egg noodles
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1/4 c onion, chopped
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c fresh or canned mushrooms (optional)
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles.
- Meanwhile brown hamburger with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add onions and cook a few more minutes. Dran fat.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce. Serve over noodles.
