easy but delicious classic

Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 c egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 c onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c fresh or canned mushrooms (optional)
Directions:
  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles.
  2. Meanwhile brown hamburger with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add onions and cook a few more minutes. Dran fat.
  4. Stir in soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce. Serve over noodles.
