Crepes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c flour
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- butter and powdered sugar
- ice cream and straberries
- vanilla yogurt and fruit pie filling
- eggs and bacon or sausage
- chicken and cream cheese
- Mix everything in a blender until all lumps are gone.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat. Spray with PAM then pour about 1/4 c of batter into it.
- Turn pan until the batter spreads across the bottom. Cook until the top looks dry, then flip over and cook for another minute.
- Remove to a plate. Add toppings and serve.
