Summary: An old watchmaker in Holland. His two daughters, Corrie and Betsie. Simple, ordinary people. These kindly, law abiding people broke every rule in the book to save the lives of the men, women and children being hunted by the Nazis. My Review: This book takes place during WWII. It is a true story about an incredible woman and her family. This book is full of faith, love, trust, and hope. I have never read a book about the Holocaust that was so inspiring. It is hard to read because it is a true story about people dying and being treated horribly... but it really is amazing how strong the main character and her sister are. Basically, this story is great. It will have you crying and cheering all the way through. I would highly suggest it! :)
