Little Britches: Father and I were Ranchers

Little Britches: Father and I were Ranchers ***
by Ralph Moody
Book Type: General Read, Memoir
Summary: An autobiographical account of Ralph Moody's early life in the vicinity of Littleton, Colorado. One valued lesson passed on by Moody: the importance of water rights and the challenges these can profoundly have on a community. This book spans the years from 1906 to 1910. Moody was eight when his father moved to Colorado, and eleven when his father died.

My Review: This is an autobiography/memoir. Not the best written book but it's a cute story. You follow a little boy and his family after they move to a new place and they have a ranch. So they ride horses and plant fields and etc. Russ really loved this story as a kid, but it wasn't as engaging for me. I couldn't really get into it. But it was okay.
