Cottage Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbs butter
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- In a large skillet cook and stir garlic in hot butter over medium heat for 15 seconds
- Layer potato and onion in skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook, covered, for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Uncover; cook for 12 to 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and light brown, turning occasionally.
