A faster way to make baked potatoes

Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
  • Potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • salt
  • olive oil
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice potato into 6th. You want big chunks.
  3. Place on baking tray, drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Can eat with sour cream, salt & pepper. Whatever you want!
