Bruce's Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 2 c minute rice
- 1 lb. Hamburger meat
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
- dash hot sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix ½ can tomato soup with hamburger, 1 c. minute rice and egg. Season to taste.
- Roll into balls. Place in frying pan. Lightly brown.
- Mix remaining tomato soup with 3/4 can water, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Add some more of the seasonings, to taste.
- Pour tomato soup mixture over top of meatballs. Fry together at medium-high heat until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
- Cook 1 c minute rice according to package instructions. Serve meatballs over rice.
