Really Easy for a Fast Sunday

Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
Directions:
  1. Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. 
  2. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes. 
  3. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve!
