I didn't know veggies were ALLOWED to taste this good!

Roasted Veggies
Ingredients:
  • Onion, sliced into 6 big chunks
  • Tomato, sliced into large chunks
  • Annaheim pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place vegetables on tray. Coat liberally with olive oil, making sure to get it between each layer of the onion.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Check regularly, you want the veggies to be heated through with small spots of brown.
