Charred Asparagus Tips

Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound asparagus, trimmed at stem
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread asparagus on small baking sheet and dress with a liberal drizzle of olive oil and season with salt. 
  3. Roast the spears in a hot oven until tender and ends are crisp and slightly brown at edges, about 10-12 minutes. 
  4. Asparagus should remain bright green.

  1. This is a recipe I've done many times, because it is so YUMMY! I usually sprinkle garlic and/or onion salt on the asparagus. And I use my Misto sprayer to apply the olive oil. (just in case you were wondering... :)
