Charred Asparagus Tips

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound asparagus, trimmed at stem
- 2 T olive oil
- Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread asparagus on small baking sheet and dress with a liberal drizzle of olive oil and season with salt.
- Roast the spears in a hot oven until tender and ends are crisp and slightly brown at edges, about 10-12 minutes.
- Asparagus should remain bright green.
This is a recipe I've done many times, because it is so YUMMY! I usually sprinkle garlic and/or onion salt on the asparagus. And I use my Misto sprayer to apply the olive oil. (just in case you were wondering... :)
