I love it when we find ways to make food healthy!

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 of 1 frozen banana
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 4 "milk cubes" (fill ice cube tray with milk and freeze)
  • 1/4 c milk (dairy, coconut, almond)
  • 1/4 tsp. stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
