A yummy, healthy breakfast

Green Eggs

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 mushrooms
  • onion, chopped
  • handful spinach
  • water
  • cheese of your choice, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pine nuts, optional
Directions
  1. Throw all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Grease a frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Fry up as you would regular scrambled eggs.
