Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 3 T chopped onion
- 1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- paprika
Directions:
- In a pot, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Cool completely; thinly slice and place in a large bowl.
- Combine half of cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients.
- Spread thin layer of cheese mixture in pan. Add layer of potato slices. Continue to alternate sauce and potatoes until done. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top and add sprinkle of paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
