SO BAD BUT SO GOOD.

Caramelized Bacon
Ingredients:
  • 4-8 Bacon slices
  • Brown sugar
  • dash cayenne pepper, optional
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Put cooling rack on baking sheet.
  3. Heavily cover both sides of each slice of bacon in the brown sugar, add dash of cayenne if desired, and arrange the slices on the cooling rack.
  4. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes (until the bacon is well caramelized).
  5. Pull baking sheet out of oven and allow the bacon to cool until slightly hardened.
