Death by Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 T butter
- heaping scoop sour cream
- heaping scoop cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk (optional)
- Boil potatoes approximately 10 minutes, until fork tender. Drain water.
- Smoosh potatoes with a potato masher and add the rest of the ingredients. Add milk if the potatoes are too thick.
- Serve with white gravy. I'm telling you! Best mashed potatoes and gravy combo you will ever have!!
