My Review: I absolutely LOVED the movie they made based on this book. The movie followed the book almost perfectly, as it should have. This book is laid out beautifully and simply. The story is not told merely with words, it is told in pictures as much as by words. In fact, there are almost more pictures than words in this story. And the pictures are all hand drawn - or at least made to look as such. It was a unique story. I've never read a story written like this before. I enjoyed it for the most part. It is a simple story aimed more so for a younger audience. But it is a beautiful story that made me smile at the end. Honestly though, you can get away with just watching the movie. Which is FABULOUS by the way. :)
