Not terribly healthy dessert...

BUT it is certainly not the worst dessert you could have either :)
Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
  • 1 16oz. jar natural peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c honey 
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer until blended.  Spread batter into glass pan. You can spread chocolate and peanut butter chips on the top before baking or jam if you so wish. 
  3. Bake for around 15-20 minutes. They should be a beautiful golden brown color when done.
