This is ABSOULTELY delicious.

Lisa's Lemon Chicken
 Ingredients:
  • 2 c lemon juice
  • 1 c Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
  • Chicken thighs and legs, 4 of each (we love breast tenderloins!)
Directions:
  1. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Broil on the top rack for 8-10 minutes or until brown, remove from heat and dip it in the marinade.
  3. Turn over and put back in the oven and cook until brown, another 8-10 minutes.
  4. Dip in the marinade one more time and put back in oven for another 2-3 minutes.
**WARNING The marinade does have oil in it SO make sure to open your windows and get your vent going before you begin. Expect A LOT of smoke. But OH MAN is it WORTH IT! :)
